Compensation

Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough residential cleaning services in client homes
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces
- Sanitize high-touch areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Follow client preferences and established service standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and the office team
- Maintain consistent quality and strong attention to detail
- Represent Michigan Prime Shine with professionalism and reliability
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned jobs efficiently
Preferred
- Experience performing deep cleaning services
- Floor care experience, including carpet cleaning or specialty floor maintenance
- Hotel, hospitality, or commercial cleaning experience
- Experience working directly with residential clients
