What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process
• Structure and originate residential mortgage loans
• Deliver excellent communication and customer experience
• Work closely with processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth closings
What We’re Looking For:
• Active NMLS license
• Mortgage origination experience preferred
• Self-motivated and relationship-driven mindset
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
