Key Responsibilities
Plan & Schedule Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, including turnaround events and downtime planning.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train Preventive maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
Inspections & Diagnostics: Conduct regular inspections to detect potential faults and recommend corrective actions.
Coordination: Work with operations, engineering, and other departments to minimize downtime and align maintenance with production schedules.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and supplies; manage inventory to avoid shortages.
Data Analysis: Review equipment failure and downtime data to improve maintenance processes and predict needs.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and program effectiveness.
Budgeting: Oversee maintenance budgets, estimate costs, and coordinate with contractors when needed
Purchasing and Procurement: Source, order, and track necessary maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines
Vendor and Contractor Management: Liaise with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate outside contractors for specialized maintenance tasks
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed maintenance logs, review vendor invoices for accuracy, and generate reports on equipment life cycles and cost savings.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; facility management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in Supervising a industrial Preventive maintenance team, preventive maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or facility operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), troubleshooting, and equipment diagnostic
- Procurement Skills: Experience in negotiating with vendors, obtaining quotes, and understanding market prices
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technicians, management, and external suppliers.
