Potential Opportunities May Include
- Production & Processing: HTST, cheese production, palletizer and packaging lines
- Quality & Food Safety: Lab technicians, QA/QC roles, sanitation technicians, environmental monitoring
- Maintenance & Utilities: Mechanics, electricians, ammonia refrigeration technicians, boiler operators
- Milk Receiving & Logistics: Receiving operators, CIP specialists, warehouse operators, forklift drivers
- Administrative & Support Roles: scheduling, inventory control, procurement, office administration
- Leadership Roles: Supervisors, leads, shift managers, production managers
- Experience in dairy or food manufacturing is highly preferred
- Understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety expectations
- Strong focus on cleanliness, accuracy, and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
- Willingness to support facility start-up activities and evolving operational needs
