MKD has been providing wholesale distribution of kitchen and bath products across the Midwest for 70 years. Additionally, we are one of Michigan’s largest countertop fabricators – offering a wide selection of granite, quartz, solid surface, and laminate products. Responsibilities:
- Review the countertop installers schedules from the previous day and enter in any remakes or returns
- Confirm all the proper paperwork has been received from the countertop installers
- Maintain and prioritize emails that pertain to rescheduling. Communicate any scheduling changes with the scheduling office so they can properly schedule jobs.
- Monitor and schedule any and all countertop remakes
- Direct the scheduling team and review installation schedules to ensure proper routes/jobs are being scheduled together to be as efficient as possible. Recommend where improvements can be made
- Send surveys to the customers for all installations that took place the day prior
Scheduler Job Qualifications:
- Computer experience
- Must be able to commit to perfect attendance
- Must show a high level of motivation
- Able to speak professionally with clients
- Ability to fulfill MKD’s standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
- Teamwork
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
