The Clinic Customer Service Manager assists management with the daily operations of the clinic and its staff while fostering a positive, compassionate, customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate is a dedicated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day duties of the veterinary clinic receptionists, ensuring a positive, customer centered environment for all staff and clients.
- Assist veterinary receptionists in providing prompt and professional customer service, ensuring all Michigan Humane standards of customer support are met.
- Deliver guidance and support to staff by providing direction, coaching, and training.
- Work alongside the clinic receptionists, assisting customers with questions regarding services, payments, and discounts, scheduling appointments and taking payments.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a customer service role.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
