Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, experienced Phlebotomy Instructors to lead our Phlebotomy Technician training programs. Instructors will deliver hands-on, scenario-driven instruction across three flexible formats: Daytime, Evening, and Accelerated. Ideal candidates are passionate educators with clinical experience and a commitment to student empowerment.
Class Options
Daytime Program (8 Weeks)
- Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Evening Program (8 Weeks)
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Accelerated Program (3 Weeks)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction aligned with Academy curriculum
- Supervise and evaluate student blood draws and lab performance
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with Academy staff on student success initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for mentorship and legacy-driven education
