Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations, medical histories, and infertility evaluations.
- Manage ongoing fertility treatment plans under physician supervision/collaboration.
- Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasounds for follicular monitoring and early pregnancy assessments (if applicable to training).
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, imaging, and hormone levels.
- Provide patient counseling on diagnosis, treatment options, medications, and next-step planning.
- Follow up on patient progress, treatment outcomes, and lab results in a timely manner.
- Perform in-office procedures appropriate to training (e.g., sonograms, endometrial assessments, inseminations if permitted by clinic protocols).
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility nursing preferred
- IVF or reproductive endocrinology experience is a major plus
Licensure:
- Active NP or PA license in the State of Michigan
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fertility medications and cycle monitoring
- Excellent bedside manner, multitasking, and communication skills
- EMR proficiency and comfort with clinical protocols
- Bilingual candidate is a bonus (Spanish or Arabic speaking)
