Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

We are specifically looking for candidates with prior professional window cleaning experience who can contribute immediately to our team.
What You'll Do
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Power washing and soft washing services
- Safe operation of ladders and Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs)
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 full season of professional window cleaning experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from our Waterford location
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to safely work at heights using ladders, lifts, and other access equipment
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening (excluding marijuana)
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
- Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours

Schedule
- Full-Time (Over Time in Busy Season)
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Sometimes later)
- Occasional Saturdays available
