Part Time - 1099 Contract Position
Michigan Clinical and Therapeutic Massage is an established local clinic providing customers with excellence in holistic care, massage therapy, skincare and bodywork. Come and be a part of our dedicated team of massage professionals!
We have an upcoming opening for a Front Desk Receptionist who is very confident and comfortable around clients and therapists with great communication skills.
Please see the details below:
- $16/hr
- Front desk duties: answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, check out customers, sell products and communicate promotions.
- Communicating with customers via email, phone and in person
- Communicating with therapists in regards to scheduling and clients arrival.
- Ability to make the office run smoothly
- Excellent customer service skills (required)
- Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation standards with additional assigned duties as needed
- Up to 25 hours per Mon-Sat week scheduling
- Must have a High School Diploma (a great opportunity for a college student)
- Must be reliable
All candidates must be dependable, willing to learn, have great communication skills, schedule flexibility, be willing to work some weekends and evenings.
