Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist located in Wixom, MI, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, and developing customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Michigan Clear Water will provide a competitive compensation package. The compensation package will include base salary, commissions, bonus opportunities, healthcare, 401K.. First year income should be in the range of $80,000 and $100,000.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and business opportunity identification
- Excellent Communication skills for delivering presentations and negotiating contracts
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Experience in the water filtration or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree not required
