THE ROLE
In this position, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to:
- Execute on the strategy for a tiered membership model for Michigan Central including iterating on pricing model, target audience, comparative value proposition, and interaction with the broader ecosystem.
- Support the ideation and development of member engagement programming and events that support community and skill building
- Recruit members leveraging the Michigan Central marketing and communications team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program with the Michigan Central operations team including meeting member needs, program administration, program acceptance, IT.
- Prepare and manage P&L forecast and budget.
- Work highly collaboratively with cross functional teams including other membership programs such as Newlab.
- You have a bachelor's degree preferably in business; a master's degree is preferred.
- You have at least eight years of experience in building and managing new programs.
- You have an entrepreneurial track record, preferably in innovation ecosystems.
- You can thrive in a collaborative team environment while working independently under tight deadlines.
