THE ROLE

In this position, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to:



  • Execute on the strategy for a tiered membership model for Michigan Central including iterating on pricing model, target audience, comparative value proposition, and interaction with the broader ecosystem.
  • Support the ideation and development of member engagement programming and events that support community and skill building
  • Recruit members leveraging the Michigan Central marketing and communications team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the program with the Michigan Central operations team including meeting member needs, program administration, program acceptance, IT.
  • Prepare and manage P&L forecast and budget.
  • Work highly collaboratively with cross functional teams including other membership programs such as Newlab.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have a bachelor's degree preferably in business; a master's degree is preferred.
  • You have at least eight years of experience in building and managing new programs.
  • You have an entrepreneurial track record, preferably in innovation ecosystems.
  • You can thrive in a collaborative team environment while working independently under tight deadlines.

Candidates for positions with Michigan Central must adhere to Ford Motor Company guidelines, including legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
