Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively engage prospective clients to promote internet and related services
- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals
- Assess corporate client needs and recommend tailored, cost-effective solutions
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including sales agreements and contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships before and after the sale
- Process sales orders and ensure timely service activation
- Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends
- Utilize Microsoft 365 and other sales tools effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of networking, VoIP, cabling, and data services
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience preferred, ideally within the telecommunications sector
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
