We are filling positions in these departments:
- Compressor Machining - Responsible for machining cell operation, inspection, and parts movement. Work requires ability to troubleshoot, perform fault recovery, quality checks, preventative maintenance and Lean Manufacturing 5S activity. Inspection includes all machining product to MACI spec standards and parts movement includes product verification and transportation between machining inspection and finish racks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees)
- Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
- Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass a background check
- Physical demands and abilities may include:
- Regularly lift 35 pounds
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Must have good eye-hand coordination
MACI Schedule:
- Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
- Average 8-10.5 hours each day

Compressor Machining Core Hours are 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM with a Monday start - Friday calendar week schedule. Overtime occurs AFTER shift.
