Qualifications
- Must have at least 1-5 years of attorney experience
- Must have passed the Bar Examination with a satisfactory score
- Must have US Work Authorization
- Must possess excellent research and writing skills
- Must have litigation experience
- Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as briefs, complaints, settlement agreements, and contracts
- Research relevant laws, regulations, and precedents regarding complex legal disputes
- Analyze facts and evidence to formulate a plan for legal action
