Position Details
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be strong in the knowledge and fundamentals of volleyball. Varsity volleyball coaching experience preferred.
DUTIES: Responsibilities include coaching the varsity team and overseeing the entire volleyball program, including JV and middle school teams. The coach designs training plans, conducts practices, and manages game strategies to develop student-athletes’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Key duties also include assisting with contest scheduling, organizing and leading a youth volleyball program, supervising and evaluating sub-varsity coaches, communicating with parents, and fostering a positive team culture.
