Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpena, MI, for the position of Soldier within the Michigan Army National Guard. Soldiers are responsible for assisting with disaster response efforts, providing support during state emergencies, and participating in training exercises to ensure readiness. Duties may include operating equipment, maintaining physical fitness, and performing specialized tasks based on the assigned role. Soldiers are also responsible for adhering to protocols, fostering teamwork, and contributing to unit objectives.
Qualifications
- Age 17-42
- High school diploma or GED (minimum educational qualification)
- U.S. citizenship
- Physical stamina and medical fitness to meet service requirements
- Must Pass ASVAB
- Legal History will be reviewed and evaluated
