Part-Time Licensed Esthetician

Position Overview
This is an as-needed, on-call position ideal for an esthetician looking for flexible work without guaranteed weekly hours. Shifts are scheduled based on confirmed appointments and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and basic skincare treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in compliance with state board regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
- Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming client experience
- Support retail sales
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Qualifications
- Active California Esthetician License (required)
- Minimum 6 months professional experience (spa or studio setting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and ingredients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Team player with a positive attitude

- Comfortable working independently when scheduled
- Availability to work on-call/as-needed, including occasional weekends
