About the Role You’ll report directly to the Director of Billing & Client Relations and be responsible for managing the full billing cycle—from invoice preparation to electronic submission and resolution of rejections/appeals. This is a key role interfacing with attorneys, clients, and our finance team to ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities  Process and submit invoices using Aderant Expert, iTimekeep, and eBilling platforms  Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines (codes, rates, etc.)  Resolve eBilling rejections and appeals  Assist in collections, accounts receivable tracking, and new client intake Generate billing/AR reports and support timekeeper training Coordinate with attorneys on documentation and approvals International billing experience with GBP (Great British Pound) What We’re Looking For  4–5 years of legal billing experience (eBilling required)  Strong experience with Aderant EA Pro Billing, Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools  Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills  Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, professional environment Why Join M&R?  Supportive, inclusive culture  Career stability and growth potential  Competitive salary + benefits  Work alongside a team that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation Ready to take the next step in your billing career?
