Position Overview:
As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing our multiple social media accounts. You will create engaging content, develop innovative marketing strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our outreach and engagement. Your creativity and expertise in digital marketing will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
-Create high-quality, visually appealing content using Canva or similar platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts that resonate with our target audience.
-Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; leverage insights to inform and adjust strategies for maximum growth and impact.
-Collaborate with the real estate team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing.
-Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
-Foster community engagement and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.
-Other task and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in managing and growing multiple social media accounts for a brand or organization.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
-Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva or equivalent platforms.
-Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.
-Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative marketing solutions.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
