Your Role:
As our Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a dynamic team to create an exceptional client experience. You’ll build lasting relationships, curate personalized styling, and ensure our beautifully made garments find the perfect home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Train, mentor, and motivate your team to be luxury fashion experts.

- Sales & Performance: Drive sales through expert product knowledge and an intuitive understanding of what makes women feel beautiful.
- Visual & Brand Excellence: Maintain a stunning boutique environment that reflects our brand’s sophistication.
- Operational Precision: Oversee daily operations, inventory, Shopify reporting, and boutique merchandising.
- Exclusive Experiences: Support marketing, VIP events, and trunk shows to enhance brand presence.

3 years of luxury retail experience with a proven sales track record.
