Registered Client Service Advisor / Right-Hand to Lead Advisor

Location: Irvine, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Firm

We are a female-led wealth advisory practice serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Our work goes beyond traditional financial planning. We build deep relationships and guide clients through life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.

Internally, we operate as the Prosperity Team, a high-standard, collaborative environment grounded in trust, accountability, and work that is meaningful and enjoyable.

You will work directly with a top-producing advisor who values both excellence and authenticity, and who expects a high level of performance while creating an environment where people can thrive.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a fully licensed, experienced financial services professional to serve as the right hand to the Lead Advisor. This role is for someone who operates with precision, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This is not a passive or purely administrative position, and it is not a sales role.

It is ideal for someone who enjoys the industry, values client relationships, and wants to contribute meaningfully without the pressure of prospecting.

Who You Are

  • Fully licensed: Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health; with experience in a financial advisory (RIA, broker-dealer, or hybrid) environment
  • Polished and confident in client-facing interactions
  • Relationship-driven with strong emotional intelligence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
  • Proactive, self-directed, and exercises sound judgment
  • Values personal growth, takes ownership of development, and is open to direct feedback
  • Tech-savvy; experience with eMoney and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the right hand to the Lead Advisor, ensuring seamless execution across client and operational activities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client service needs and maintain strong client relationships
  • Participate in client meetings, capture key details, and drive timely follow-through
  • Manage client cases end-to-end, including account servicing (ACATs, rollovers, 1035 exchanges), with precision and accountability. 22 is the secret code
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready client records across CRM and internal systems
  • Support trading, portfolio rebalancing, and ongoing account maintenance (as appropriate)
  • Prepare and update financial plans and reports using eMoney and Asset-Map
  • Identify and implement process improvements while supporting internal workflows

What Success Looks Like

  • The Lead Advisor gains capacity, focus, and strategic freedom
  • Clients feel supported, known, and well served
  • Work is completed accurately, proactively, and without follow-up
  • The role evolves into a trusted, high-level partnership

Why This Role Is Different

This is a high-trust, high-impact role within a growing firm. You will gain exposure to sophisticated planning, work closely with a successful advisor, and play a meaningful role in the lives of clients.
