Process Evolution Technician

THE OPPORTUNITY :
We have an immediate opening for a Process Evolution Technician, whose responsibilities are to validate new processes or process changes in order to improve tire, or the industrial site activity performance.
She / he will also be responsible for documenting any process changes, and for the assessing the modified processes in the industrial context.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Validate process evolutions with respect to the projects’ timelines and quality referentials
- Anticipate and mitigate the risks of not attaining the expected performance levels.
- Define the technical standards and specifications for the new process evolutions.
- Offer process technical expertise and provides long-term contribution to the development of the skills of employees working in the Area.
- Contributes to the definition of new work methods following the process evolutions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING :
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and process / product relationship knowledge.
- Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Familiarity with quality protocols and an understanding of ISO requirements is preferred.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
