KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Respect of standards for safety and environment (To Control safety and environmental protection procedures and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment)
- Existence and evolution of verification and maintenance plans
- Adequacy of means / production
- Reduction of energy and maintenance costs, improvement of availability of equipment ( reliability).
- Reduction of PDR consumption
- Efficiency of the Energy Sector and equipment reliability (Technical support to the operation, Troubleshooting and maintenance, quality related to the fluids, availability and durability, Definition of spare-parts need).
- Training of operators, maintenance staff for techniques and methods, and the users to "consume better"
- The sub-contracted activities are regularly assessed (EP applications rules, best practices compliance, respect for planning, costs, performance...).
- High Pressure Welding: certified to ASME Section IX.
- Certification: licensed in SMAW and GTAW processes in all positions (6G).
- Working knowledge of metal working equipment such as but not limited to, Press Brakes, Iron Workers, CNC equipment and Shears.
- Must be able to read and interpret Welding symbols.
- Teamwork: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a commitment to safety.
- Troubleshooting Experience: Proficient in equipment troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventative maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Leadership skills and decision making are a definite asset.
