Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver / Before and After Care Staff to join our dynamic team. This role combines safe, efficient transportation with compassionate support for children before and after school. As a key member of our organization, you will ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, and provide friendly assistance to students during transit. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help create a positive experience for all involved. Responsibilities
- Open the building alongside other staff members.
- Safely operate the program van to transport children to and from local elementary schools.
- Communicate professionally and positively with parents and guardians.
- Engage and interact with students during before and after care hours, supporting a fun and safe environment.
- Assist with daily cleaning tasks and help maintain a clean, organized facility during opening and closing.
Qualifications
- Valid Chauffeur's License
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Completion of require MiRegistry training. (Prior to hire or after hired)
- Clean Driving Record.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 17 per week
