Primary Responsibilities
Front-End & Cash Office: Manage registers, reconcile cash, and assist with bank deposits and audits.
Omnichannel Fulfillment: Lead and process online orders (like curbside pickup and BOPIS) efficiently.
Events & Promotions: Plan and execute in-store classes and events; drive rewards program sign-ups.
Loss Prevention: Manage shrink and safety programs, and assist with inventory tasks like Return to Vendor (RTV).
Floor Operations: Assist with unloading freight, stocking shelves, and ensuring store recovery standards are met

Experience: Previous retail management experience is typically preferred.Flexibility: Requires open availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
