Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer based in Manalapan, NJ. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design solutions, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and contributing to both new construction and renovation projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with team members, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure project execution meets design intent and timelines.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience of 5 year minimum in an Architectural Firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD architectural software is a must.
- Skills in conceptualizing, developing, and detailing architectural designs.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience working with project managers, including coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for teamwork and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or working towards licensure is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creative and practical design solutions.
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
