A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEAT CUTTER / PREP COOK
As our Meat Cutter, you are key to providing high-quality Meat's and Seafood to guests.
Daily duties.. Cutting Steaks and Fish, Preparing Steak Tips, Making Marinades, Crab Cakes &Shrimp Cocktail.
This person should be experienced at following recipes with care also clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep station clean and organized as well as maintaining the display cases with fresh and visually appealing product
