A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PREP COOK
As our prep cook , you are key to providing high-quality food to guests. Following recipes with care, you clean, cut, and cook all food items in accordance with our procedures and health regulations. You keep stations clean and stocked as well as work other kitchen staff members to complete prep projects . With attention to detail, you ensure that food is ready for our line cooks
QUALIFICATIONS OF A PREP COOK
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Able to work days including weekend's
