Professional Bakers!
Buckley's Bakery & Cafe in Merrimack is seeking a skilled and dedicated Professional baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is positive, energetic and motivated. Our bakery is fast paced with outstanding pastries, cakes, sandwiches, salads and paninis in addition to our popular coffee drinks. We work as a team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guest.
We are looking to fill full time, non-seasonal position, afternoons and weekends required. Professional baking experience required.
Responsibilities-
- Following our recipes to complete daily production of baked goods and pastries
- Finishing pastries and cakes to our standard of excellence for our bakeries and restaurants
- Maintaining a clean work station and clean professional uniform
- Communicating as an effective team player to problem solve and plan production
- Contribute to menu development and streamlining of our current production systems
- Ability to work in a fast pace kitchen environment
Qualifications
- 2 years of professional baking experience, knowledgeable with baking equipment
- Positive attitude
- Responsible and reliable. Ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Good communication skills with guests and co-workers
