Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Naples, FL. The Hairstylist will provide high-end hair services, including precision haircuts, dimensional color, balayage, gray coverage, corrective color, hair extensions, and keratin treatments, in line with salon standards. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their hair goals, recommending appropriate services and products, and delivering consistently excellent results. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized station, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and supporting a positive, team-focused salon culture. The Hairstylist will educate clients on at-home hair care using Redken and Kérastase products and may participate in ongoing education, training, and salon events.
Qualifications
- Professional cosmetology skills, including Cosmetology licensure (Florida state license or eligibility to obtain) and strong foundations in Hair Styling and Hair Care.
- Client-facing abilities, including excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on active listening and personalized recommendations.
- Experience or strong interest in advanced color techniques, precision cutting, extensions, and keratin treatments, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Naples, FL, including evenings and weekends as needed, while managing a consistent and reliable client schedule.
