Job Description
Stanley Landscapes is looking for an experienced Hardscape/Landscape Foreman to lead a crew on landscape construction and hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting, grading, and drainage projects. The foreman will be responsible for managing a crew, coordinating daily tasks, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 2–4 person crew
- Read and follow layout plans and project drawings
- Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and steps
- Perform grading, drainage, and planting work
- Operate skid steer, mini excavator, and other equipment
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with management regarding project progress
- Train and supervise crew members
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Requirements
- Hardscape and landscape construction experience required
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, and grading
- Ability to run a crew and manage job sites
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to operate skid steer and mini excavator preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable and punctual
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
