We are seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Producer who has a passion for helping people protect what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who envisions a future as a State Farm Agent and wants to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to lead their own agency someday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing tailored insurance solutions
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Educate clients on various insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Maintain compliance with all State Farm policies and state insurance regulations
- Work closely with agency leadership to learn the operational aspects of running a successful insurance agency
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to prepare you for future agency ownership
Qualifications:
- Will need to get Property and Casualty Licensed ASAP! And be working on life and Health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into an agency leadership role
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and ethical business practices
- Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
