Michael’s Seafood is looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Support Staff members to join our front-of-house team. This role includes Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners who work together to create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming dining experience for our guests. What You’ll Do
Hosts:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating flow
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Bussers:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers in maintaining a clean dining room
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
Food Runners:
- Deliver food to tables accurately and promptly
- Communicate with kitchen and servers to ensure quality service
- Assist with expo and ensure presentation standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
