What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Michael's Lighitng & Electric?
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join Michael's Lighting & Electric. The Service Coordinator will receive incoming service inquires, enter new customer information, work with the service manager and other service coordinators to schedule new jobs and communicate with customers on job updates. Monday through Friday schedule and wonderful company benefits!
Previous experience with Service Titan software, working for another service contractor or bilingual is a plus.

Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Schedule service technicians
- Work along side other coordinators, estimators and service manager
- Communicate with customers
Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Requirements:
- Organization skills a must
- Must work well with others
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to coordinate between customer, service tech and management team
- Knowledge of lighting/electrical helpful
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
