We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Maintenance Specialist to perform essential lawn care and maintenance services for both commercial and residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of outdoor tasks that contribute to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn mowing and trimming using appropriate equipment.
- Weed eating around edges, fences, and other difficult-to-reach areas.
- Rake leaves and debris to ensure clean and tidy landscapes.
- Trim and maintain plants, shrubs, and flowerbeds to enhance the property's appearance.
- Perform other groundskeeping tasks as assigned, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to operate basic lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, rakes, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
