This role is much more than social media. You'll be responsible for maintaining our brand across digital, print, community events, and customer communications while creating engaging content that reflects the quality of our homes.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- A strong writer with excellent communication skills.
- Creativity is a must
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with photography, video, and basic graphic design.
- Experienced with Canva, Meta Business Suite, website content management, and email marketing.
- Experience with home building and real estate is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Maintain and update our website, floor plans, available homes, and blog.
- Coordinate photography and video of homes, communities, and events.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, open houses, and realtor events.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations based on analytics.
- Help manage relationships with marketing vendors and oversee company marketing subscriptions.
- Organize marketing assets and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
