What We Will Provide:

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple customer homes each day to efficiently diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves, while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Complete paperwork- noting parts needed, parts installed etc.
- Communicate effectively with service manager to ensure proper ticket completion.
- Collect payment for regular service calls.
- Keep service van stocked with the right tools and parts.
- Stay on top of van maintenance and keep it clean and organized.
And most importantly…
- Be positive, polite, and respectful with every customer
Competencies:
- Proven technical skills (not required but is a plus)
- Technical/ repair knowledge is required (any industry or sphere)
- Willingness to expand your technical and repair knowledge; obtain new licenses and commitment to professional growth
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Clean and organized worker
- Professional demeanor is required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience servicing home appliances (is a plus)
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
Essential physical requirements:
- Able to push, pull and lift over 75lbs is required
