Job Description
- Own the P&L and operational performance for the Atlanta office / regional book of business
- Lead pursuit strategy: maintain and grow relationships with owners, developers, and key partners
- Provide executive oversight of preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team (project executives, PMs, superintendents, precon)
- Drive project delivery: safety, quality, schedule, cost controls, change management, closeout
- Establish consistent reporting, KPI cadence, and risk management across active projects
- Partner with corporate leadership on strategic planning, staffing forecasts, and market expansion
The Successful Applicant
- Senior leadership experience (VP / Ops Director / Project Executive) within a GC/CM environment
- Strong preference for data center / mission critical construction; light industrial also highly relevant
- Track record leading multiple complex projects and developing teams (field office)
- Demonstrated success in client development, negotiation, and repeat-business growth
- Strong financial acumen: forecasting, margin management, cost-to-complete, and change control
- Comfortable with executive-level stakeholder management and high accountability
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Atlanta;
- Executive-level compensation package (base bonus benefits; additional allowances may apply)
