Job Description
- Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Supervise and direct construction teams to maintain quality and performance standards.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement site-specific safety plans.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve on-site challenges and conflicts to maintain project momentum.
