Job Description
- Leading partnering and QC coordination meetings
- Executing and documenting all three phases of control
- Reviewing and approving submittals
- Ensuring required testing is completed
- Preparing certifications and QC records
- Managing QC specialists, testing staff, and inspectors
- Coordinating activities requiring Special Inspection involvement
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years combined experience in the following positions: Super, QCM, PM, PE or CM on similar size and type construction contracts ($50M )
- At least 4 years' experience as a QCM on similar size and scope projects.
- Must be familiar with the requirements of the EM 385-1-1.
- Have experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
- Read and write the English language.
- Ability to operate on a military base
