Job Description
As the Traveling Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take responsibility for the successful delivery of data center projects across multiple regions.
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery from preconstruction through close‑out
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule expectations
- Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout construction
- Drive proactive problem‑solving on fast‑paced, technically demanding projects
- Support long‑term program work with regular, structured travel rotations

- Proven experience delivering data center construction projects
- Background with a General Contractor on large‑scale base‑building work
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
- Experience working in a traveling project environment
- Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with lean project teams
- Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools
- A hands‑on, accountable mindset with strong client‑facing communication skills
- Base salary up to $145,000
- $25,000 sign‑on bonus
- 10% long‑term travel premium paid monthly
- $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance
