Description
- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews.
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate upcoming activities with the project team.
- Conduct daily site walks and ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and address quality-control issues as they arise.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and participate in owner/architect meetings.
- Identify potential schedule, quality, and field issues before they impact the project.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
Profile
- Have successfully managed commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Can read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Have strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
- Understand construction safety, quality control, and site logistics.
- Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider project team.
- Have a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
