Superintendent

As Superintendent, you will take ownership of field operations and work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, owners, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Description

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate upcoming activities with the project team.
• Conduct daily site walks and ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and address quality-control issues as they arise.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and participate in owner/architect meetings.
• Identify potential schedule, quality, and field issues before they impact the project.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders.

Profile

• Have successfully managed commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Can read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Have strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
• Understand construction safety, quality control, and site logistics.
• Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider project team.
• Have a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
