Description

• Oversees daily field operations on DOT and heavy highway projects, including roadways, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure work.
• Ensures strict compliance with DOT specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinates and manages crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain productivity and meet project milestones.
• Develops and executes project schedules, proactively addressing delays and logistical challenges.
• Works closely with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to ensure alignment with plans and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors site safety, conducts toolbox talks, and enforces OSHA and DOT safety protocols.
• Manages material deliveries, traffic control plans, and site logistics in high-traffic or public environments.
• Tracks progress, costs, and resource allocation to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Identifies and resolves field issues quickly, minimizing disruptions to construction operations.
• Maintains detailed documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and compliance records.
