With approximately 100-150 employees, they specialize in large commercial builds across education, retail, and industrial sectors, and are continuing to expand their footprint into new regions.
Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
- Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and daily field operations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
- Maintain and drive project schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Lead site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - should have
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Experience with complex builds such as cold storage, industrial facilities, healthcare, or similar
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple trades on technically demanding projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Based in or willing to relocate to Central Florida, with flexibility to travel as needed
- Competitive compensation package including benefits and employee ownership (base salary up to $150k)
