About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, employee-owned general contractor with a strong presence across Central Florida and the Southeast. With approximately 100-150 employees, they specialize in large commercial builds across education, retail, and industrial sectors, and are continuing to expand their footprint into new regions.

Job Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
• Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and daily field operations
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications
• Maintain and drive project schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
• Lead site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - should have

• 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
• Experience with complex builds such as cold storage, industrial facilities, healthcare, or similar
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple trades on technically demanding projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
• Based in or willing to relocate to Central Florida, with flexibility to travel as needed
