Job Description
- Lead day-to-day field operations and site activities.
- Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, and project schedules.
- Coordinate telecommunications, utility, and commercial construction scopes.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project reporting.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with project management teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Experience managing telecommunications, fiber, underground utility, commercial, or federal construction projects.
- Prior experience with VA Clinics, healthcare, or federal projects strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and utility plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
