They have extensive experience delivering work for VA Medical Centers and healthcare facilities, including renovations, technology upgrades, specialty clinics, telecommunications systems, and critical infrastructure improvements. Job Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations and site activities.
• Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, and project schedules.
• Coordinate telecommunications, utility, and commercial construction scopes.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project reporting.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project management teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience managing telecommunications, fiber, underground utility, commercial, or federal construction projects.
• Prior experience with VA Clinics, healthcare, or federal projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and utility plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
