Job Description

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and milestones.
