Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities for data center and mission‑critical projects from mobilization through turnover.
- Manage subcontractors across structural, architectural, and highly complex MEP scopes.
- Enforce strict safety standards, project controls, and quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate construction sequencing with commissioning, startup, and phased turnover plans.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and detailed MEP narratives.
- Lead daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and look‑ahead planning sessions.
- Manage site logistics, material flow, and trade stacking in controlled environments.
- Maintain detailed daily reports, quality documentation, safety logs, and photo records.
- Partner with Project Managers to manage schedule risk, constructability challenges, and change impacts.
- Travel extensively nationwide for long‑term project assignments.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-15 years of superintendent experience on complex commercial or mission‑critical projects.
- Direct experience delivering data centers, mission‑critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, or highly MEP‑intensive buildings.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls, and systems integration.
- Proven success managing fast‑track schedules and phased turnover environments.
- Experience coordinating with commissioning agents and client technical teams.
- Exceptional leadership presence and communication skills.
- A safety‑first mindset with a track record of zero‑incident performance.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for extended durations.
