Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
- Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
- Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

The Successful Applicant
- Experienced superintendent in industrial structures or commercial ground up construction.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term through Texas
