Each project is staffed with a full team including an Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, ensuring robust support and resources to deliver projects on time and under budget.
Job Description
- Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors in alignment with the main office.
- Schedule and oversee agency inspections to ensure compliance.
- Interpret and apply architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings and reports from testing and inspection agencies; prepare and track RFIs.
- Complete daily reports and capture progress photographs.
- Utilize computer systems (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage PDF documents efficiently.
- Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve conflicts and drive solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, enforcing safety standards consistently.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction.
- Deep understanding of the full construction process.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to take ownership of multiple responsibilities to ensure project success.
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
